Taxonomies for fallacies

We know that there are several taxonomies for fallacies. This fantastic site, when explaining a fallacy, does not refer to any classification (except to distinguish similar cases). Is there a reason for this choice?

What taxonomies would you suggest? Would you group them alphabetically too, as Dr Bo does, or by structure (formal vs. informal, propositional vs. categorical, etc)?

Yes, the reason is too much overlap. I have not found an organizational system that works well and is accurate. So I just list them alphabetically.
