Therefore, the democrats of today are the racists and the republicans of today are actually not racist like the racist lying democrats want you to believe for nefarious reasons. And therefore Trump is not racist, but Biden is a racist.

Parties consist of a group of people with the same ideology, but the ideologies can switch parties over time. This argument conflates political parties to ideologies and then to individuals. The right wing conservative ideology is the racist ideology, and the liberal progressive ideology is the ideology that opposes racism, historically and presently.

This is a form of the etymological fallacy based on how we are defining "Democrats" and "Republicans." I say "form" because it isn't the definition that changed per se, but what the party stands for. In a broader sense, we are going from a "was" to an "is." At the least, this conclusion is a non sequitur .
