North Korea is already unique in selling its ballistic missiles, to Iran most notably; it's not difficult to imagine it selling nuclear weapons, too.

It isn't difficult to imagine. That's known as a fact, ergo no fallacy.
Zero fallacy. It's logical, and probably perspicacious, if not, probable.
