You might be aware of the site http://www.wisdomofchopra.com, the spoof site that pokes fun at his word salad. From the site:

It has been said by some that the thoughts and tweets of Deepak Chopra are indistinguishable from a set of profound sounding words put together in a random order, particularly the tweets tagged with "#cosmisconciousness". This site aims to test that claim! Each "quote" is generated from a list of words that can be found in Deepak Chopra's Twitter stream randomly stuck together in a sentence.

Without question, the quote you reference, and many more, are prime examples of the Argument by Gibberish . With the particular author you reference, you will also find many instances of the Quantum Physics Fallacy .

Deepak is merely attempting profundity through gibberish as Bo said.....stripped to its core it simply means......Try and find what makes you happy, then be happy. And as Bobby McFerrin "sang".."Don't worry, be happy"
