Can you identify the fallacies in this paragraph and why it's a fallacy?

Good evening ladies and gentlemen. I am Jake Gold, and I am here to warn you against a growing movement among the general population to eliminate money from politics. The goal of these people is to prevent corporations from giving money to political campaigns and to prevent politicians from taking lucrative jobs with corporations for several years after they exit Congress or the Senate. But I say that corporations are part of a capitalistic society, so you are either for allowing corporations to give unlimited money to politicians or you are a communist. For that reason, I am asking you to donate money to my campaign. I will fight against any bill designed to limit the money that you can give to politicians, including the bill sponsored by Mr. Bird that is currently gaining traction. After all, you have all grown up during the generations of our country where companies can give money to politicians---we should keep it that way.

Master the "Rules of Reason" for Making and Evaluating Claims

Claims are constantly being made, many of which are confusing, ambiguous, too general to be of value, exaggerated, unfalsifiable, and suggest a dichotomy when no such dichotomy exists. Good critical thinking requires a thorough understanding of the claim before attempting to determine its veracity. Good communication requires the ability to make clear, precise, explicit claims, or “strong” claims. The rules of reason in this book provide the framework for obtaining this understanding and ability.

This book / online course is about the the eleven rules of reason for making and evaluating claims. Each covered in detail in the book

Hmmm. I am detecting a homework question here, so I help you like I help my other students. Take a closer look at these two statements and see if you can match the fallacy. You can find those fallacies linked here:

But I say that corporations are part of a capitalistic society, so you are either for allowing corporations to give unlimited money to politicians or you are a communist.

After all, you have all grown up during the generations of our country where companies can give money to politicians---we should keep it that way.
