How many fallacy’s are in this exchange of dialog

This is i situation that arose at work one day between me, my boss and the client we have a contract with. I work for a VERY large publicly traded company.

Me to Jane doe my boss via text:

“There are 8 workers here and only 6 signs. We are short 2 signs. We can’t start work. The client is extremely mad!”

“I spent the last two hours scouring the job sight with nick for hidden, lost, missed placed , or obfuscated sighns, and, I have asked all the workers on the job site including our clients employees if they know about any Signs. No one can speak to any of the missing signs or any additional signs on the job site.”
Me:
“THE STATUS OF THE SIGNS:
6 are in use , 4 are broken , 4 are missing. “
Me:
“Yesterday when we stopped working, there were ten signs.
The four missing signs were on M****** rd ; I’m %100 sure. “

Jane doe my boss:
“Come to the office . I have Four signs here for you here . “

Jane doe at the office says :

“The man from the other office location brought two signs back yesterday.”

Me:
“you didn’t think we should know ?

Jane doe. Well , there are four-teen signs out there. It shouldn’t matter.”

Me:
“ there were 14 signs out there the Last time you counted them. That was at least two months ago when there were 14 workers on sight . So you didn’t know how many signs are on the job sight until my sign tally today. Now you know that four broke and two are still MIA. “

Me
“im going back to work “

—-6 minutes later a cell call from the my boss , Jane doe at the office :

“Alex , John Doe, the job site supervisor from acme services , our client called. He says there are signs all over the job sight.
I don’t know why you could not find any signs! Or what you have been doing for three hours ? They have been waiting for you to start work! ; are you almost back there yet”

Narration: The supervisor at ACME made an honest mistake.
How did he obtain the information he used to make his statement?

My employer foolishly alerted me the name of their clients supervisor as as gave me verbatim of the dialog exchanged between the two companies- which turned out to be a fallacy on one end and some kind of
A-Logical thinking on the other end ( my boss Jane does assumption I lied due to the fact that a higher ranking person made a contridictive statement.
I know there are several things wrong with this exchange of dialog. What exactly it’s called; I’m not sure.

Ps: I used The book ( logically fallacious ) to site the hasty generalization fallacy made by the ACME supervisor.
“ there are signs all over the job sight. ”

AND I Said:
“ if I spoke to every worker on the job site except the ACME supervisor, whare did he get the information he use to determine his assessment of the signs ?

Response :
“ he has his reasons”

Me
“ why didn’t you find out Ware the signs were specifically on the 1.5 mile job site stretch?”

Corporate Response:
“Signs every Ware is detailed “

Me
“You called me a lier and an insubordinate; then you sent me back to work !”
Why would you do that?

Response. “we have faith In you”

There are several more examples of fallacious reasoning that I saved in my txt messages.

This is too long and would take hours to evaluate. Perhaps post again a more focused question.
