what a mess

man this is a mess. I believe that you are the only one who can sort this out. I need these statements to be labeled. I have a whole lot of statements. After the original statement anything after the "-" symbol is something i put in. These are all statements made, only 2-3 are verbatim, and they are not in any particular order. If you need more info i can provide links and screen shots and details.
Thank you for your time and trouble.

-Kleins "mistakes" have created mass confusion

Klein is not a police officer and cannot make arrests or conduct an official investigation of the case. Additionally, law enforcement investigators have not confirmed to EastIdahoNews.com any information or details contained in this report.

-Philip Klein says there is blood evidence, sent to FBI -we’d have an arrest if it was dears blood, therefore not Deorr’s blood- lie
We know there was a death- misleading probably an animal died

Jessica indicated that she knew where body is- misleading
I’m also going to announce to you today that Jessica herself has told investigators on our team she knows where the body is but she will not go all the way and finish her story. -Bald face lie

Our associates in Georgia- ?trace and chance? -Misleading, trace and chance were with LE, most likely never even met Klein

Everyone stops by the office every day- misleading, a lot of them are LE in Idaho, some are in different states, a lot are in same office

All the agencies involved are hooked up to one hard drive- as of that notice only Lemhi LE and maybe the FBI are involved (so yes, i think it’s probably true) misleading. Now that Klein quit, Vilt quit, all that is left is the FBI and Lemhi LE

VILT- “i can’t understand why Jessica keeps saying, ‘I kept looking back, I kept looking back…” -probably because Isaac was the one saying, “I kept looking back. It was me, vernal, Deorr…”- why do statements keep being assumed to have been made by the parents?

Bowerman says Jessica and Vernal will not change their story when confronted with ‘evidence’ then goes on to say their stories are not consistent.-

We can’t even verify basic information that Vernal tells us and neither of their stories match. It’s not even close, as a matter of fact. -Come on, i heard the stories and they match. There's really nothing much to tell
And so they tell us the story and again. We go out and we try to re verify with different witnesses.-come on either they change the stories or they don't, which is it?
PIK- “Jessica says she was fishing? No one would fish there!” -Isaac said he was fishing, Jessica said they looked at minnows

In fact, she changes her story depending upon what day it is and what day we talk with her.- mistaken, Isaacs story changes on whim, Jessicas has stayed the same

PIK “Jessica said she looked up and saw Deorr looking down” …”it’s impossible to see someone up top at that angle!” -Isaac said he looked up and saw ggpa pacing. Also said he heard ggpa telling him that Deorr was missing, and then Isaac went up to the top.

DeOrr Kunz was a three year old male allegedly fathered by Vernal DeOrr Kunz- he hasn't even verified this?

Went to store for feminine items? -No went for gas. Got red dot diesel, which can be proven by the red stain in Vernal's engine

PIK says the timeline wasn't proven. -Yes it was. The FBI pinged Vernal's phone and he was right where he said he was, clerks verified and receipts verified

Vernal said searched for 20 minutes. Isaac said he searched for an hour.
Vernal said it was about 2pm when they noticed Deorr was gone. Called LE at 2.26pm

Jessica was calling while vernal was driving. -Either way 1 gets through, why does that matter?

We add that Vernal has gone in for five polygraph tests from different polygraph test administers state, local and federal government. Vernal not only failed all five but he failed all five in the 99th percentile. That is hugely disturbing to us. He can’t even pass a non-control question like, “Are you gonna tell us the truth today?” He flunks it and not only does he flunk it, he doesn’t just spike in his polygraph test, it’s like a wave. Then we move to Jessica. Law enforcement gives Jessica four different tests. Jessica failed not only to the 99th percentile but she can’t pass simple control questions. -Said there were 5 polygraphs. 1st machine wasn't working, 2nd had problem, 3rd inconclusive, 4th sent to FBI. No 5th. -Bald face lie

I
Today we’re going to announce that there was a cadaver dog interaction with certain equipment at the site and that cadaver dog did hit positive. I can’t go any further than that other than we do have a dog that did hit in the initial two weeks of the primary investigation. Eaton: This wasn’t up at the reservoir concerning the cremains? (Law enforcement had previously announced cremains were dumped into the reservoir around the time of DeOrr’s disappearance, but said they were unrelated to this case.) Klein: I’m not going to discuss where it was or the circumstances around it because it will be an integral part of the prosecution, and I don’t want to the hurt the prosecution, but a cadaver dog did hit. - bald face lie

Klein said that 3 were cooperative but Isaac wasn't. Then says Isaac is truthful others lied constantly. - doesn't clean up well

-Gpa has dementia so we have to discount his story. Not admissible to testify in court. Klein is aware of this because i told him and i told him how to get info on it- concealing evidence

Says he has solved 900 cases, but his site off facebook says 109- intentional deception

-Lol Klein isn't even a Texan, he was born in new jersey, what a cow!

This case is a very sensitive and highly volatile case, which has many in the public very upset and vocal,” senior investigator Philip R. Klein said. “We want the public to know that we are coming into the case ‘cold’ with no preconceived ideas or notions. We will allow the evidence to take us where the evidence takes us.” -How is it cold? you’ve read enough to know that ts volatile?- deception...also-

All we knew was there were four people on a mountain and a child went missing. -He’s either ignorant or behind

We interviewed probably over 150 witnesses- lie, come on there were no witnesses, except salespeople

none of the stories he has told has matched or even been verified.- deception and his fault, Klein you never verified any part of this?

We can’t even match simple things like filling up with gas at a diesel store in Leadore on the day of the event.- confused, they didn't go to the diesel station, went to Peterson welding

This action taken by the Kunz Family is the same action they took with Frank Viltz - no, they fired Klein, Vilt quit- mistaken

Pik Isaac is christian- mistaken no he’s Mormon

(a) Reputation or Opinion Evidence. A witness’s credibility may be attacked or supported by testimony about the witness’s reputation for having a character for truthfulness or untruthfulness, or by testimony in the form of an opinion about that character. But evidence of truthful character is admissible only after the witness’s character for truthfulness has been attacked. -ok Jessica was truthful about the fuel

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lPFyvoAv56E&list=PLHxHvR1OFyNDkpZrKmKgKJCsujxaoOlUU&index=31 ^^^Someone closes this one ^^^ at 1:58/2:06 “your on in a moment”^^^

$20,000 was used for investigators and equipment travel and hotels only. Investigator hourly cost and all other costs have been donated by the Klein foundation that is funded by KIC Texas and the stockholders of KIC.- so what exactly costed $20,000.00 in 2 months work?

There is so much more, but this is probably overwhelming enough.

From what I have read ion your post it most definitely is a fallacy of cause and effect. The cause of it being so long resulted in the effects of it being ignored.....jk

I did not find a logical fallacy present here. This post amounted to a highly disjointed amalgamation of events apparently tied to an unresolved missing person’s case, replete with conflicting criminal accusations. This, in addition to a fair amount of undecipherable balderdash. (I did some additional research in an attempt to understand it). IMOP it does not fall within the purview of this forum.
