What fallacy is this?

"The word conspiracy theory was made up to discredit the truth."

Using this logic, anything labeled a conspiracy is the truth. So, what fallacy is this?

Conspiracy theory doesn't deal with the truth of the claim, it deals with a theory that there is a conspiracy. The theory is generally lacking in sufficient, if any, evidence to warrant acceptance of the claim, otherwise it would just be a conspiracy.

Sounds like an opinion which is wrong to me.

As I think I already said recently the type that believe these theories tend to do so without any requirement of strong/any evidence, whilst simply dismissing all evidence against. They tend to think that they are super smart whilst showing a lack of critical thinking skills.

It's a positive statement (i.e. purports to state a fact). No fallacies.
