Is this an example of the Ludic Fallacy?

While betting on a roulette game where the croupier was employing a special throwing technique which resulted in a bias towards certain numbers, would I be committing a ludic fallacy if I solely took into account hypothetical mathematical probability?

This is a tricky one. Being skeptical of such "throwing techniques," I would have to say no. However, if throwing techniques we actually demonstrated to significantly affect the outcomes, and one ignored this known fact, then yes.
