Does the top video Strawman Pascal's wager?

If I understand Pascal's wager correctly, the wager is about giving people a reason to want to believe in the Christian god.
If you are an atheist and god exists, you will go hell (apparently being a atheist is a big enough crime to be tortured forever)
If you are an atheist and god does not exist, not much happens.
If you are a Christian and god exists, then you will go to heaven.
If you are a Christian and god does not exists, then you lose little.
The obvious problem with the wager is that it ignores every other possible god.
Here's a video refuting Pascal's wager using the refutation.

And here a video claiming that the above video (and atheists in general) straw man Pascal's wager.

I want to know if the top video (and myself and every other atheist who raised this objection) really strawmaning Pascal's wager.

Master the "Rules of Reason" for Making and Evaluating Claims

Claims are constantly being made, many of which are confusing, ambiguous, too general to be of value, exaggerated, unfalsifiable, and suggest a dichotomy when no such dichotomy exists. Good critical thinking requires a thorough understanding of the claim before attempting to determine its veracity. Good communication requires the ability to make clear, precise, explicit claims, or “strong” claims. The rules of reason in this book provide the framework for obtaining this understanding and ability.

This book / online course is about the the eleven rules of reason for making and evaluating claims. Each covered in detail in the book

Honestly, I cannot sit through that 15 minute "response" video. I am familiar with the qualiasoup videos and they are generally very good. If you let me know what part he is saying is a strawman, I can evaluate that. BTW, I have written a line by line analysis of Pascal's wager several years back (in my book, The Concept ).
