This would probably be a ad hominem (abusive) fallacy. Or a poisoning the well fallacy. |

This is prejudicial language . The proposition is that "Miki is likeable" accompanied by the claim that the "smart thing" is to agree with that (this is the "attach value" part mentioned in the definition). |
