Original Question
This fallacy relates to black and white thinking, for example since you break traffic laws by driving 5 miles over the speed limit. Why not drive 75 miles over the speed limit. Since the state of Colorado has legalized the recreational use of marijuana, why not legalize all drugs for recreational use?

2Sounds like an application of the “sorites paradox”, which can appear as a couple of fallacies, like the "Continuum fallacy" (here called "Argument of the beard<>") or of course, as Bo stated, the "slippery slope" argument
