Original Question
I heard a study where 9 out of 10 people who go to the gym regularly have facebook accounts.

I didn't realize lifting weights caused narcissism.

The big fallacy I see is the Questionable Cause (3 counts!). The person is unjustly a) attributing having a Facebook account to narcissism, b) attributing lifting weights to going to the gym regularly (people can go to the gym for many other reasons) and c) being fit with going to the gym regularly (not everyone who goes the gym regularly is "fit", especially due to poor eating habits).
