Our Constitutional rights are precious... protect them.
Once you're OK with police stopping vehicles for DUI's without probable cause, it's a short leap in allowing agents to pull over vehicles looking for "hate literature" perhaps pamphlets supporting the NRA. Is this a slippery slope fallacy?

1Yes. Even though there is just one step mentioned, there is quite a difference between DUI and having a pamphlet in the car. The difference is extreme.
