How many fallacies are in this Facebook thread?

Original Question
I don't know if this is of interest but it might be fallacyophitical fun: Some time ago I captured a Facebook thread that involves a Tennessee talk radio show host who trolls Facebook, trying to bully people into calling his show and who was "threatening" to read our posts on air. The number of fallacies and false rhetoric he uses is strking and I have been curious about just how many fallacies he used and what their proper names might be (I make no claims to be fallacy-free myself). I recently realized this might be a fun exercise for people here (or not). This link is to a numbered slide show reproducing the thread:

This appears to be a several hour assignment :) I don't think members here will go through that. I suggest you post a sample of some of what you think to be fallacious arguments. Do you best to keep it succinct. That link is a good reference if people need more details.
