Is gaslighting a logical fallacy?

Is "gaslighting" a logical fallacy? "Gaslighting" is defined most succinctly by Judge Judy when she warns a deceptive litigant this: "Don't pee on my shoe and tell me it's raining outside!"

On the other hand, someone may use 'logical fallacies' to convince some one to question their own reasoning or even their sanity.
Gaslighting is a party trick that is made with a cigarette lighter and...ummm nvm..
I don't consider it one because gaslighting includes lying. The victim does not lack in reasoning ability. Words represent ideas, so some people might use the term incorrectly when they really are describing a situation where one of the parties is committing an error in reasoning.
