1It is not an argument as stated with premises; it is just a reason given. The reason could true or false, or somewhere in between. In this case, the reason is completely unrelated and does not at all explain the claim/fact. If we turned it into an argument we can say:
The sky is blue. Therefore, Joe Biden is president.
Now we can say it is a simple non sequitur .
