1"What I say is what I say" is blatantly obvious statement, but not necessarily a fallacy unless it is used in an argument. For example,
Person 1: Donald, do you think it is wrong to say those hurtful things about people that have little to no evidential support?
Donald: "What I say is what I say."
Here Donald would be Avoiding the Issue by committing a Non Sequitur .
