Person 1 makes claim X. 


Claim X is shown to be incorrect. 


Person 1 says, "yeah well, you'll see."

See what?


The conclusion asserted by Person 1 was falsified; there is nothing else to see.


If they're suggesting that in the future there will be evidence for their position then this is the Appeal to Future fallacy.
