What kind of fallacy is this?
Person 1 claims that paper straws are better for the environment as opposed to plastic ones.
Person 2 claims like the 6 plastic solo cups or the styrofoam to-go box is okay... but we are “going green” with paper straws. It’s a joke

Not a fallacy at all. Just b/c you can't solve the whole problem doesn't mean you shouldn't solve part of it.
