person 1: God cannot *FORESEE* without *FOREORDAINING*." no scripture says that.

Person 2: The Bible as a *WHOLE* [in toto!] says that!

No fallacy; a bunch of unsupported statements though.

I see no fallacy, just a subjective interpretation.
