I think it's ironic, and sad, that ANY sort of religiosity, whether it be just asking a simple question or delving into theology as a subject, is often frowned upon in the public school system because stupid parents who shouldn't have kids get all "They're trying to brainwash little Timmy into a cult". Meanwhile, we have fucking Drag Queen Story Hour and PAID FUCKING FIELD TRIPS TO STRIP CLUBS so little kids can watch fags in drag gyrate on poles! And what's worse, some of the said stupid parents (who shouldn't even have fucking kids if they're doing this kind of shit and should have their kids taken from them by CPS), drag their children to said stripper bars themselves.

1A rant is a pretty good description. More precisely, it sounds like a typical pile of disinformation designed to perpetuate the war between liberals and conservatives.
I taught school for 16 years in liberal Seattle, which is one frighteningly messed up city. I have some complaints about gay issues in the political arena, too. The Seattle School District's first attorney was a gay pedophile, and we recently had a mayor who was a gay pedophile as well.
Yet, in the classroom, I never heard about any of things described in your post. I did, however, have some problems with religions parents. There are some putrid parents out there, and they probably do include a few who take their kids to questionable events. They're probably more common than the so-called "flat earthers," but I've still never met any.
