Where's the potential fallacy, if any?

Original Question

If coronavirus survivors have useful antigens in their plasma, does society have the right to demand the survivors donate plasma, or take it by force?

Assuming there is such value, how do you reckon the logical issues to play out?

For myself, I would agree to donate if they'd take my plasma without injury, but I'm also opposed to any "take by force" idea.  I don't see this as equivalent to a 5th Amendment issue, but wonder what the logical limits might be.

No fallacy, because this is just a question (not part of an argument, direct or implied).

This is an interesting philosophical discussion question that incorporates medicine, law, and politics. But I see no fallacies.
