Original Question

God created the world, therefore bible is the word of God.

That would be a non sequitur, as even if it's true that God created the world, it does not follow that the Bible is the word of God. It could still have been written by anyone, not necessarily God.

I agree with GRBaset, this is an example of a Non-Sequitur, ie  the conclusion does not follow from the premise. Non-Sequiturs are used quite frequently by people to support various claims. I add here that some people who do not believe in God may say: "the Bible is filled with numerous contradictions and historical errors, therefore God does not exist."  This is also Non-Sequitur as once again the conclusion does not follow from the premise.

"God created the world" is an unsubstantiated premise, and "" is a non sequitur.
