This is a scapegoating fallacy. And an Ad Hominem Abusive fallacy.
"Media is the dominate force in trying to get me to keep our Country closed as long as possible in the hope that it will be detrimental to my election success." This is an unsupported claim as the medical experts are urging us to keep our country closed. Its also a Conspiracy Theory fallacy. It also seems to be a Freudian slip going on here where Trump is telling us the real reason he wants to re-open business's.

I think this might be a No True Scotsman Fallacy.
"We will be stronger than ever before!" This is an Appeal to Flattery fallacy.

I don't agree with the Appeal to Flattery fallacy, however. This would be a stretch as his "we will be strong than ever" simply appears to be words of encouragement not attached to any argument, direct or implied.
