Original Question
Person 1 is not a republican Trump supporter.
Person 2 is a republican Trump supporter.
Person 1 shows a funny youtube video to person 2 of a reporter asking Trump supporters political questions at a Trump rally. The Trump supporters answers were hilariously contradictory, fallacious and incorrect.
Person 2 replies to the video, "But if he went to a democratic convention and ask the same questions and get the same answers and did you notice he picked out all the stupid looking redneck people he didn’t pick anybody that looked intelligent did he? But it was a fun video to watch."
Just a side note, In my opinion most of the people looked like normal people to me. Im not even sure if you can see mental abilities such as intelligence just by looking at someones physical appearance. A lot of the Trump supporters answers were bigoted and prejudice, is this another prejudice response?

I don't think person 2 would see it that way. They might be able to laugh at the stupidest of humanity, but more likely they would see this as an attack on their "team."
But if he went to a democratic convention and ask the same questions and get the same answers
That is very doubtful. I think the person means to say that stupid people and/or stupid answers can be found on both ends of the political spectrum, which is certainly the case (look at YouTube for "crazy leftists", feminists, SJWs, ANTIFA, etc.).
and did you notice he picked out all the stupid looking redneck people he didn’t pick anybody that looked intelligent did he?
This is what makes these videos entertaining (and sad at the same time). This is exactly what is done. It is Cherry Picking .
